<p>The first step to losing weight, getting your body in shape, or to be fit is to start exercising. Exercising does not have to be extreme, nor does it have to be a burden. Whatever the case, exercise is something that every person should be doing, because the body needs to be healthy. There are various ways a person may exercise: alone, at home, with a partner, or at a gym. Gyms are the most common places where people go to exercise, as gyms contain trained coaches, as well as facilities for several people to use their equipment at once, so you build connections, too! Whatever the reason, it is very important to choose the right place to exercise, as a place with improper facilities or ignorant staff can soon turn your exercising dreams to a painful and damaging reality. </p>
<p>Gyms, or fitness clubs, or health centers, as they are more commonly known as, basically are places where exercise equipment is available for people to use, usually at a fee. Health clubs are also available as part of many schools, colleges and universities, so if you are a student, you could be having a health club right in your campus! The advantage that these fitness clubs provide is that they have trainers, who look after the people in the club, and guide them in the right direction. Exercising without knowledge of what you are doing can be very dangerous, and can lead to painful conditions like swelling and internal damage, etc. Hence it is essential that you exercise the correct way, and you need someone to help you understand and know what you are doing. Coaches, or trainers, are present in fitness clubs to do exactly that: train and guide. Over the years, there are a few health clubs that have gained an edge over the others, mainly due to features like knowledgeable and certified coaches, affordable fees, added bonuses like free classes, attention to detail like cleanliness and hygiene, and of course, reputation. </p>

The facilities, of course, have to be as per their stringent quality standards, so there is no need for concern over the quality of franchisees. Started in 2004 by two people who wanted to make the world a fit place, Anytime Fitness stands true to its name: it is open any time, and that means 24X7. Morning, night, afternoon, evening &#8211; you choose your time, and go and work out! You can even work out when the clubs are not staffed; another great feature is that once you join Anytime Fitness, you can visit any of their clubs worldwide, at no extra fees! You simply have to produce your Anytime Fitness ID and you are free to use any of their 1300 plus clubs worldwide! Personal training and world-class equipment are key features. </p>
<p>You might have heard the name of Gold&#8217;s Gym. It is perhaps the oldest health club chain in existence. Started way back in 1965, Gold&#8217;s Gym today is a legend of sorts.
